As an IT Service Manager, you will make a decisive contribution to ensuring efficient and satisfactory IT service operations and the continuity of IT services.

In this role, you will work closely and globally with customers, external partners and stakeholders of mispa Technologies to develop, establish and monitor IT services and processes and drive measures to improve and optimize IT services.
You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented and analytical as well as a true team player and change-maker and want to demonstrate a proactive approach to IT service management.

Your motivation / your tasks:
  • Be an optimizer & designer
  • Development, implementation and management of IT services as well as ensuring the measurability and reporting of the IT services provided.
  • Ensuring that IT services are provided in line with the agreed service levels and that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Continuously assess and improve the quality of IT services, processes and procedures.
  • Establishing a trusting partnership with our customers, external partners and the Managed Services Operations team.
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality of IT services, processes and procedures and manage IT security and service management projects as required.
  • Ensuring that all incidents, problems and changes are managed promptly and effectively and that suitable escalation procedures are applied where necessary. Assuming the role of escalation manager and supporting the operations teams in escalation and problem management Internal documentation, process optimization and technological automation of process flows as well as implementation of lessons learned to increase service quality.
  • Regularly execute IT initiatives to increase our efficiency and achieve complexity reduction for Managed Services Operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation and implementation of regular service review meetings with our customers or with external service providers.
  • Support of the sales organization in service management topics within the preparation of offers.
  • Onboarding & transition management of new customers
You bring / We look forward to it:
  • Academic degree in economics, management or information technology and several years of successful work in a position as IT Security Engineer, IT Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Extensive professional experience in complex, internationally active organizations.
  • Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT security
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in ITIL service management.
  • Experience with various IT service management tools & ticket systems and reporting
  • The ability to translate problems into action plans for improvement activities and to measure and report the results.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Flexible, resilient, well-organized and professional working style with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong focus on service and quality.
  • A high degree of communication skills and implementation strength (“making things happen”).
  • You act unerringly and confidently up to the customer’s top management and are able to coordinate internal and external service areas.
  • Open-minded team player with the ability to build strong networks.
